Primary Care Dissertation Study

10 Oct 2020 10:38 PM | Anonymous member

I am the PhD Student member of Board of Visitors and am also recruiting for my dissertation study. With the last BOV being virual, we haven't had a chance to meet in person. Linda Procci suggested I reach out to you to see if you might have ideas for recruiting direct care registered nurses in primary care across the United States.

My study is exploring how leadership, work environment and nurse characteristics influence nurse satisfaction in primary care settings. I have posted information about the study on Facebook (including on the Badger Nurse Network), on Twitter (@BrzozowskiSarah), distributed through STTI and am reaching out to healthcare organizations. I would welcome any ideas you might have for other recruitment opportunities (e.g., healthcare organizations that might be interested, professional organizations). Attached is a flier with more information about the study. You are welcome to share information about the study with others and please let me know if you need anything additional.  Also, please let me know if you would prefer I contact someone directly and share this opportunity with them.
